Service Description

Ages 5-8, kids time to play, move and be free! We will sing, practice poses, play games, be silly and balance! Learn how to focus on breathing, leading others and having fun while exercising your imagination! Join us for our kids yoga classes. This is a chance for kids to collaborate and even lead together to create a fun yoga environment. Talking is encouraged! Each class is a different theme to keep kids engaged. Advanced registration is required. Once you register, a consent email will be sent you prior to class with all details. Purchase a monthly childrens' yoga class pass for $50 or one-time solo student pass for $15.
